A lot of reality shows have candid moments with contestants smoking, but the best we’ve seen other than “Celebrity Rehab” is this season’s “Hell’s Kitchen” – it seems that every one of the women smokes, and there have been some good shots, including one of the women taking a deep drag and blowing rings, several times in one sequence. Might be worth checking out, Tuesday nights on Fox.

Not sure how good or how long the scene will be, but promos for tonight’s episode of “Celebrity Fit Club” on VH1 show a hot girl with a big cigar….steel yourself for the usual disappointment, but there’s still no way to avoid checking it out
