Saturday night on NBC, they’re repeating an earlier episode of “My Name is Earl” with Jaime Pressly smoking; and keep an eye out for the repeat of this past Monday’s episode of “Las Vegas,” in which most of the female characters smoked in a takeoff on “old Las Vegas” style.
