Over the years, Kool has had some of the best ads out there (anyone remember their TV campaign in 1970?) and they’ve got some nice new stuff this month. The problem is that most people will probably never see it. We’re on a mailing list, so we got a Kool promotional mailing with coupons – the expensive foldout shows, among other things, a very sexy woman in a recording studio with smoke all around her (even though her back is to the camera, the picture is still oddly hot), and a black woman with what could either be a waft or the start of a messy french inhale. They’re of the “artsy and sexy” variety, and we’d love to see more of the series in their ads – unfortunately, we have a feeling we never will.
