Sometimes gems manage to fall through the cracks. We were surfing late night cable movies last night, and found a flick we’d never heard of before, “Pray for Rock and Roll.” We’d missed most of it, but even in the 15-20 minutes that we saw, we saw a number of great scenes from Drea DeMatteo and Gina Gershon, with well lit exhales and nice closeups. It’s one of those pleasures that comes less and less often these days, as the amount of material on the web grows – to surf around, see something that looks promising – and be more than rewarded after only a short wait
