For those who insist that “only old ladies smoke VS 120s,” a brief story of part of our day.
We had to be in the rich neighborhood of town that we’ve mentioned before – the crowd (and with the beautiful weather, there was an enormous crowd today) is mostly a mix of beautiful people and the tourists who come to gawk at them.
Well, there was plenty to gawk at today, with lots of gorgeous, perfectly-toned blondes walking around and sitting in outdoor cafes smoking – but what we found noteworthy enough to mention today was that we had three different VS 120s sightings in an hour:
a perfectly made-up blonde in her late 20s or early 30s, in country-club outfit, sitting by herself at a cafe gently sipping on her VS 120s;
an older brunette and a woman who looked like she might be her daughter at another cafe – the older woman was smoking Marlboro Lights – but the younger woman, also brunette and probably around 25, nicely-tanned and nicely-dressed, smoked two VS 120s in the space of 20 minutes, with deep inhales and nice, delicate nose and mouth-nose exhales;
and finally, there were two obviously wealthy college-aged girls, sitting on a bench in the middle of a shopping spree (they had several bags apiece) – almost identically dressed in skimpy outfits and heeled sandals, with deep tans, sunglasses, and the same shade of blonde hair. After they sat down, one pulled out a pack of VS Menthol 120s and offered a cigarette to the second girl; she shook her head, and took out her own pack of VS Non-Menthol 120s, and they both lit up, with nice cone exhales into the breeze and some talking exhales as they chatted.
