We heard from Scott at Specialized Videos today – he tells us that he’s feeling much better, and asked us to pass this word along:
“I am planning on shipping all the orders I failed to ship that I have the information for later today, but there are some that I still don’t have information for…can you let (people) know they can email me (specializedvideos@yahoo.com) with titles, format, and mailing address and I will get their order out even if they did a chargeback?”
It’s good to see that two of the community’s bedrock producers (Scott and Ed from CoLight) are working hard to get back on track…and we wish them the best as they do it
