A story based on 2003 US smoking statistics, published on AOL, lists the states with the 10 highest and 10 lowest smoking rates – anyone who’s been paying attention won’t be surprised at most of the entries (and Jason, who posts regularly at the Smoke Signals messageboard probably has more up-to-date stats.
But the story was somewhat interesting…and even more interesting (at least to some) was the photo that highlighted the #1 smoking state, Kentucky
