The US and the British have recently come up with some bizarre new anti-smoking proposals, as we’ve documented over the last month.
But the strangest one yet comes from our friends in the Netherlands – where, as most of you know, some of the most popular “tourist attractions” (not to mention regular stops for many locals) are called “coffee shops” – where marijuana is sold and smoked without penalty.
