Now that we’re back and frantically trying to catch up (the only thing worse than taking a vacation is the work beforehand to get ready, and the work afterward to catch up lol), today we have just a couple of quick notes to pass along.
First, we want to pass along our sincere thanks to Tampa from Video Talk for moderating the Smoke Signals Forum during our absence – it’s a thankless job that takes a lot more time than anyone would imagine, and he did a great job with only a few small complaints about the work Thanks.
Second, news from IRL/IRL Exposed that for the next couple of days, their stores are out of commission as they change credit card processors – in the meantime, any orders for IRL/IRLX videos placed at the Smoke Signals Store will be processed at the same sale prices currently available at the IRL/IRLX sites – even though your shopping cart and receipt will show the retail prices, the orders will be processed manually and all sale prices, including the “get one free” offer at IRL, will be applied.
We can’t really say “it’s great to be back” – but there are worse things. Thanks for all your patience over the past two weeks

We’re busily processing video orders, taking care of customer emails, and other little issues that have cropped up during our two weeks off….if you’ve been holding off contacting us, please don’t hold back any longer…any problems or issues that are in need of attention, we need to know about.
