We have an update on the CoherentLight situation. Their website is back up now, but moving slowly – and in a few days, the site may again be going off-line for a couple of days, as we help CoLight move to a new, bigger and faster server. We’re also working with them to get their online billing problems resolved – the bottom line is that by early May, CoLight should be back for good and fully functional; Ed has new projects on the drawing board as well.
We wish we had similar news on Specialized Videos – we still have been unable to contact Scott, so we don’t know when or if his site will be back up. Of course, we wish him the best and hope that whatever the problem is, it’s resolved quickly

We had someone post a comment about a video that they paid for and didn’t receive from Specialized – we decided not to post the comment verbatim, because it contained defamatory accusations and there’s no way we could confirm them. We don’t doubt that at least one person has ordered a video and not received it, since the site has been down and Scott hasn’t responded to our attempts to contact him either. But we also know (as most of you do as well) that Scott has been quite ill over the last year, and we believe him to be an honest person; although we don’t hope that he’s sick again, it’s certainly a good possibility. And knowing Scott, we believe that if that is the case, he’ll make good on all orders when he recovers.
