Pulling the curtain back briefly to give you a look at some of the stuff we deal with…
Late last week, we had a new photographer shooting some video for us for a December update at Smoke Signals Online. He’d run second camera on several shoots for us previously, understood what we were looking for – and we also had long discussions with him before the shoot to confirm everything. He was going to shoot a very pretty model who, we were told, was a heavy smoker (Newport 100s). The shoot had been delayed several times, but we still had plenty of time to get the tapes and process them for December.
Over the weekend, we got the finished tapes. She looked great, she indeed smoked about six Newport 100s during the shoot —- and she didn’t inhale.
So we’re back to the drawing board – the photographer is going to shoot again this week, and hopefully things will go better this time. But just so you know — sometimes, it isn’t as easy at it looks.
