We’ve already addressed the issue of video sales during the two weeks that the Smoke Signals offices will be closed for Mike’s honeymoon….now, for the issue of site updates. (And since we handle the technical aspects of the In Real Life and IRL Exposed sites, this holds for them as well as for our own sites.)
We do plan to update the sites on their regular schedule.
However, we can’t be guaranteed that internet access will be reliable where we’ll be staying – so it’s possible that the updates could be delayed by hours (or even days, but we really hope not and will do our best to make sure that doesn’t happen).
We’ve never missed an update since we started this whole crazy enterprise years ago – and our determination is to keep to the schedule as much as humanly possible.
And a reminder – emails for customers service *will* be answered, but there could be a longer-than-usual delay, for obvious reasons
