The techs have been working for some time to take care of a few folks who have had trouble accessing streaming video at Smoking Flicks – the problems )which affect a few folks with Windows Media Player 11 and Vista) are due to programming mistakes by Microsoft and not on our end, but we still wanted to find a way around the issue.
Last week, our techs made a change on the site which fixed the problem for a couple of people, but in doing so, created a problem for a few others (sigh).
So now, there are two different links to use in order to stream videos at Smoking Flicks – please try using the one specific to your version of Windows Media Player – and if you encounter a problem, please try the other link before reporting an issue to us.
Again, the problem only affects a few people, but we want to make sure it’s right for everyone – and we’re doing our best. Thanks for your patience
