It’s not a lot to hang your hat on…but at least in one state, people have found a way around perhaps the stupidest element of the ubiqitous smoking bans going into effect just about everywhere. The story of Minnesota’s bars finding a way to allow smoking is here – and while we don’t expect the defiance to survive, or to spread – it’s at least good to see that someone is still fighting.
